Large bright studio, quiet, just renovated, the Evasion offers a peaceful setting with natural and contemporary decoration creating a warm atmosphere. Ideally located 150 m from the lake, in a secure residence with elevator, on the 3rd floor, large balcony terrace, private underground parking and bicycles ( mountain bikes ) available. At the end of the street are all shops! The historic center is ten minutes walk, the lake 3 minutes.

With a large balcony, opposite the street, here you are quiet. The spacious fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, basic condiments, many water glasses, white and red wine, champagne flutes, beer glasses) will allow you to cook like at home and offer you beautiful romantic evenings. Fondue and raclette machines provided. The large 140 flat screen HD TV has an articulated arm to watch while eating or in bed. The bathroom with walk-in shower is equipped with a washer-dryer and a drying rack.
The balcony is equipped with outdoor garden furniture.

The accommodation is located in a 4-storey residence, Le Régent, and a lift takes you to the 3rd floor.
The underground parking is on the other side of the street, an access code will allow you to open the door of the secure garage.
A cellar is at your disposal, as well as a mountain bike man and woman for your walks around the lake. Two locks and a repair kit are at your disposal.
