About this space

Inserted in a historical and cosmopolitan neighbourhood, the apartment has all the necessary equipment for an excellent stay in Lisbon.
Located at Praça Luís de Camões, you can easily find transport (Subway, train, taxi and the famous tram nr 28). Also a wide range of restaurants and shops, also the Tagus river down the street. As central as it can be.

As central as you can get, just in front of a five-star boutique hotel.

A huge king size bed and double window make the room a nice place to rest. Some say it has a hard mattress, others like it that way.
It's an old but recently reconstructed building bringing together the perfect blend of charm and modernity. I hope you like the interior too: brand new with antiques.

The area is also 'equipped ' with all you could need: metro, trains, tram, ferryboat, taxi, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, clubs and Lisbon living.

I usually talk to my guests to help them find their way and discover the city, giving them tips and hints for places off the beaten track. I also have wh a tt a pp , so, should they need, they can be in constant contact with me.

The neighbourhood perfectly combines the old and new. Here you have history in every corner, but also modernity.

Locals wander the streets - they love this part of the city. Here you will see all kind of people! it’s amazing how near you have all sorts of transportation.

The classic nr. 28 tram stops in front of the building’s entrance. The metro is just 2 minutes’ walk away. Both local train stations (to Sintra and Cascais) are 5 minutes from here. Just walk!

Access to the entire apartment. (The apartment has 2 bedrooms, but the single bedroom will be closed with my own things).

Friday and Saturday nights the neighborhood gets a little bit noisy. But you have a double window in your bedroom, so you shouldn’t be disturbed.

People often say that the apartment looks smaller in photos. So you may be surprised when you check in.

The apartment has two bedroom, but one of them is closed. It's a single bedroom, in case you need for a 3rd person, you can ask me. The extra price for that single bedroom is 45€/night - 180€/week - 400€/ month (On my other listing you can see pictures).

Check in after 10pm has an extra charge of 20€
