The space

55 sqm apartment, completely renovated and furnished with all comforts. Is located on the 4th floor, with elevator, of an elegant building located in the neighborhood Monteverde Nuovo.
The apartment consists of:
- open living room with a large table, a sofa bed for 2 people, television, stereo, one balcony
- equipped kitchenette for cooking complete with gas stove, oven, microwave,
kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine
- bathroom with shower and washing machine
- bedroom with double bed and a small balcony
The apartment is comfortable and bright, renovated in February 2016.
At our guests' disposal, included in the price, we provide: heating, air conditioning, tv, wi-fi internet, set of towels and bed linen, blankets, soap, toilet paper, pots, dishes, essential for cooking (oil, salt, sugar, spices), hairdryer, coffee maker, coffee, coffee pods for Nespresso machine.
It's possible to use, on request at the time of booking, accessories for children under 3 years.

Aeration of environments before and during sanitization

Use of protective clothing during sanitization (mask, gloves, etc.)

Sanitization procedure. Divided into two phases:

Sanitization will be performed on: flat surfaces, handles of French doors and cabinets, switches, household appliances, condiments (oil, salt-shakers, spice containers, etc.), remote controls, utensils and dishes, chairs, sinks, shower, sanitary ware, shower and soap shampoo dispensers, radiators, air conditioner filters, clothes hangers, curtains, waste containers.

Washing towels, sheets, sofa covers, chair covers, tea towels etc in the washing machine with detergent and at the maximum temperature possible.

Creation at the entrance of the apartment of a "buffer zone" where is provided hand sanitizing gel, wipes to sanitize the objects used outside (keys, smartphone, etc.), obligation to remove shoes (disposable slippers are provided).

Cleaning of vacuum cleaner, steam broom, washing machine and rags after each cleaning.

In the apartment will be left all cleansing and disinfection products.
