Beautiful, cozy and private. This is my apartment but I don’t spend much time in it, and if you book I will leave the apartment for total privacy.
This is a ground floor apartment in the back of my garage, therefore the entrance will be through the garage, for safety no cars are allowed inside the garage but you can park in the driveway that is exclusive for my guests. Apartment is very clean and spacious. Guests will have exclusive access to kitchen, bathroom and the room that is equipped with a brand new queen size bed, very soft and comfortable bed linens, a sofa, 55” TV with wifi, no cable. Guests can park in the driveway that can fit 2 cars. Since this is a ground floor expect some noise from my tenants upstairs, I can’t control the noise, I have asked them to be respectful and try to keep it quiet but anything else is out of my control, please DO NOT book if this is going to be a problem, they are very respectful but definitely you will hear people upstairs.
Since this is my home you will find personal stuff, please be respectful, use anything you need from the kitchen, but keep the space clean. If using kitchen please clean up after yourself as the cleaning fee does not include the kitchen.(if kitchen is left a mess an additional charge of $40 will be applied. Please turn off lights in spaces you are not using, and when you are not in the apartment.
In winter I keep a temperature between 70 and 72 degrees.
My NO SMOKING policy is very strict, if I smell cigarettes or weed I will give a bad review and charge an addition fee of $40 for cleaning. Please do not hang out outside after 10pm, be respectful to other tenants and neighbors. If you are a smoker or you like to hang out outside and you need to open the garage door constantly please DO NOT BOOK, I understand that you need to go in and out and is 100% ok, but if you need to open garage door every 30 minutes just to smoke or be in the driveway I prefer you do not book, that can be very annoying for tenants upstairs and the door is not made to be opened and closed constantly, I have an app that monitors door activity.
I have ring cameras monitoring the entrance of the garage and facing the driveway for security reasons. We see you! Lol! Cameras are only outside facing the driveway.
Apartment is ONLY for 2 people, please when you book disclose how many people will be staying, if you book only for ONE, an extra guest won’t be allowed or an extra charge will be added. No exceptions!

This place is very well located in Union NJ, 15 minutes driving to Penn Station, Newark Airport, close to major roads such as route 78, Parkway and route 22 that has a lot of restaurants.
There is a train station close to my place 7 minutes away driving or Uber. This train will take you to Penn Station where you can find all the trains departing to NY.
Trip from my place to NY will take you around 45 to 60 minutes by train.

We have had some out of control guests so we have to have these specific rules in place. We want you to enjoy your stay but also protect our place. Thank you for booking with us!

I will provide code for the garage door. I change it every time a guest leaves so I have to wait to provide code. Do not go to up the stairs to the front door, that is the entrance for my other tenants. Thanks
