The entire lower level is yours including 2 BRs, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, fireplace, laundry, and your very own dedicated theater room! The owners live in the locked off upper level. Only 2 minutes to restaurants and groceries. Views of Longs Peak, Storm Mountain, Mt Meeker, Twin Sisters and the Continental Divide!

The lower level has a separate entrance. Upper level is owners' private suite that is completely separate and is locked off from the lower suite. The owners will not have access to the lower level during guest stays unless notified / requested. The owners will give you total privacy.

The suite has a full kitchen, with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking ingredients, spices, oils, dishes, and pots and pans.

Main bedroom has a king bed and is connected to an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and walk in closet. Second bedroom has two queen beds with a walk in closet. The sofa sleeper in the living room can be converted into a queen bed. A second full bath is in the hall right off the second bedroom with a full tub/shower.

Laundry Room is also in the lower level. There is a patio out the double doors with a gas grill, gas fire pit, picnic table and adirondack chairs.

It is a short walk to the visitors center that will provide shuttle service into the park. Or you are able to walk the half mile down the road into the park.

The house was built in 2022 as a white steel and cedar sided mid century modern home with a cozy home feel. The views are amazing from every window - Longs Peak, Continental Divide, Storm Mountain, Mt Meeker, and Twin Sisters.
