In front of the parking lot is the entrance gate to the structure, with key box for automatic check-in and lighting.

The outdoor space of the house is a fenced-in courtyard, surrounded by Mediterranean and evergreen plants.

They will then be able to manage it independently, through the directions that will be provided, and they will not have to share it with any external person, except with their travel expenses.
