Owner and a friend will be present at times. Access will be a code. Home is smoke free, pet feee and in a safe neighborhood. It sits close to all major highways and transportation, 10 miles from New York City.
No pets, no smoking or vaping inside.

Wifi, microwave, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, keurig, large toaster oven is available. There is a laundromat, restaurants and bars a few blocks away.

Amazon fire stick is provided, please have your own login credentials.
