About this place

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment. 4blocks to the L/M train , 1 block to the B60 bus, shopping, restaurants, bars and supermarkets, Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donut, Mc Donald and Citi bikes.

The entrance has security cameras . The room has clean linens and spacious enough to move freely. Everything is clean and sanitized prior and after every booking. You will be sharing the apartment with me but your room is private with a door and lock.

One bedroom (airbnb ), living room, bathroom , kitchen and patio is accessible , one room is available for Airbnb . please no children on the back patio under no circumstances.

If you book this room for 1 guest then only one guest is allowed in the property . Also you can’t book for 2 guest and midway of booking swap guest for someone else. If you break these regulations you will be asked to exit the premises and your money will not be refunded . Thank you in advance .
