Conveniently located in the Park Hill area, with easy access to public transportation (close to #4 Bus which goes directly to #4 Subway, and #32 Bus to Metro North, 30 minutes to Grand Central). Huge Master bedroom, with a comfy queen-sized bed, private bath, and plenty of space. Parking space available in the street. Late check-in time needs to be confirmed with host or it won't be allowed.

This is a rare find! Huge master bedroom in a big new single-family home, lots of privacy. The guest room and private bath are on the first floor, we don't rent out any other room so you will almost have the whole floor by yourself as other rooms are upstairs. The room has a small fridge, an electric kettle, a microwave and a 60" Smart LCD TV. There is a desk and a chair, high speed WI-FI, along with huge closet space in your room. The guest's bedroom is attached to the room for absolute privacy and laundry room. You will an access code to the outside door and your bedroom so you can come and go as you wish. The rest of the house, including the kitchen and living room are OFF LIMIT to guests.

Generally I am rather busy with work, but I can interact with you as much or as little as you wish.

We have an ADT security surveillance on the premises with outdoor perimeter cameras and sensors.
