Check-in is held at the reception of the apartment, it works 24 hours a day and is basically like a hotel. When they make the reservation, they send me a photo ID, names and CPF of the guests who will be present during the stay to forward this information to the reception. 

The apartment has daily cleaning included EXCEPT FOR the dishes used during the stay. Housekeepers are prohibited by the hotel itself from carrying out this task because it offers risks and is a common practice in the hotel industry. 
 

Mirante do Vale is a building in frank modernization. In the space you will have laundry in pay per use system, several popular restaurants, stationery stores, printers, in addition to one of the main tourist attractions in the city: Sampa Sky. An amazing glass walkway that will test your courage and fears but will yield amazing photos. Worth a visit. But be mindful: Buy tickets well in advance, as they usually close quickly.
