The space

A luxury apartment completely renovated and air-conditioned with all the equipment you need.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bathtub, shower and bidet.

Basic ingredients for cooking (olive oil, pasta, salt and pepper), tea and coffee, soap, shampoo and bath towels are provided. A dishwasher, a laundry washer/dryer and an iron are available. You also have a full HD flat screen TV in the living room, with access to the main streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV, HBO Max, ...) and a high-speed WiFi private network. Two people can be comfortably accommodated in the bedroom and its double bed. For babies and young children, a high chair and a travel cot are available on request.

Other things to note

Accommodation located on the second floor of a two-storey building without a lift. The entrance to the apartment is on the first floor, with a dozen stairs to climb after passing the door. The Tagus river can also be seen from one of the living room windows through the opposite building.

The apartment is fully non-smoking and a no-noise rule applies after 10:00 pm and up until 10:00 am. Loud music is forbidden at all time. All events and parties are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Those include "small birthdays" and "simple diner with friends" as well, as they most likely won't follow the previous rule. Any breach of those simple rules will bring about the ongoing booking's immediate cancellation.
