Newly renovated (2023- screened in porch, fully fenced yard, granite counters, new appliances), fully furnished cottage with the best low-country views and river height in the area! The two acres include a creek and mature trees hung with Spanish moss. Enjoy the best that the area has to offer while still just a short drive to the touristy spots!! 

The property is rich in history! 
- The bricks at the river edge (and scattered throughout the property) were for the mule path for the timber that built the city of Savannah. 
- The square posts (on the bank by the dock) are the remains of a civil war shipyard. 
- Civil war bullets and an officer's revolver have been found on the property. 
- There is an old 160' sunken wooden boat just in front the of the cottage (obscured). 
- Revolutionary and civil war battles, camps and settlements were in the immediate area. 
- There is a half sunken tug boat a few houses down river. 
- 1700s era cemetery is just down the road!

All mattresses are premium brand pillow top or memory foam that includes high thread count sheets! 

New Ring pathway lighting for late arrivals, night time BBQing, and walking to the river deck. Pergola LED lights and outside fans can be turned on by flipping the light switch by the couch. 

One acre facing the river bank is also fenced in for pets w/ bowls, leads, treats, etc supplied.

You have full access to the cottage, decks, dock, river and nearly 2 wooded acres.
