The apartment is designed so that you can stay single, with friends or family. It consists of a comfortable space where you seamlessly integrate the master bedroom. it's equipped with a double bed 1.50m x 1.90m and a comfortable living room with TV, kitchen with induction cooker, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker and kettle. One bathroom and a second bedroom with two single beds 90x1.90m 

It has central heating and WIFI throughout the house, as well as linen, sheets, towels, soap and shampoo.

If you are visiting Barcelona by car, 100 meters away from the apartment there is a public parking garage, with an average price of 20.00 Euros per night. 

House rules 
The apartment is located in a residential area. Please be respectful to your neighbors. Quiet times are from 23:00pm to 9:00am. Smoking is not permited inside the apartment, no parties or pets are allowed, neither guests that are not included on the reservation. 
Please be mindful and keep the house clean, take good care of all appliances. At time of check out the apartment should be left the same way as when you checked in.
