About this space
SEASONAL RENTAL PROPERTY: This is not just an apartment; it is my home. I have designed it with great care, aiming to create a cozy space. This is my house, and due to work commitments, I spend some time outside of Madrid, so I am looking for a tenant who will take care of it as much as I do.

During your stay, you will have the entire apartment to yourself (I only have a few personal belongings stored), so I hope you enjoy this space as much as I do.
The space
A fascinating experience in the heart of Madrid!

The apartment is an oasis placed within the hustle and bustle of the city center and prepared for the greatest comfort of our guests, ideal for couples. The apartment includes one room, a living room, an equipped kitchen, WiFi and a bathroom with towels, shower gel and shampoo. The place is very comfortable, organized so that travelers may have all they need, whether visiting to discover the city or for work.

The entire apartment will be at your disposal during your stay. Additionally, you will find:

Please note that this is a seasonal rental and must be used for this purpose, whether for work, medical, or personal reasons, and cannot be used as a permanent residence. A seasonal rental agreement must be signed, in accordance with Article 3.2 of the Urban Leases Act. We will provide you with instructions along with the check-in registration
