Welcome to our beautiful, historic river bungalow - perfect for families, small groups, or a romantic getaway! This charming retreat is a minute’s walk to Falls Dam, the Neuse River, and the Greenway, with miles of paved and unpaved trails for you to explore.
Built in 1901, the bungalow still maintains much of its historic charm, though it is newly renovated and stylishly furnished for the utmost comfort and enjoyment during your stay. This home boasts 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and can sleep 8-10.

The master bedroom features a beautiful king bed with new luxury linens, and a full closet. The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed and built-in bunk beds. The third bedroom has one set of built-in bunks and a desk space for any work-related needs during your stay. The whole home has been designed, furnished, and decorated by a professional home stager, with a modern, stylish, and cozy feel. Pets are welcome, but please let me know when you book which furry friends you're bringing :) We charge $30 per night per pet.

Enjoy sweet tea and conversation on the screened-in front porch, a movie night while snuggling on the comfy sectional sofa, or an endless array of outdoor activities both on the property and within a few minute's walk! The fully-stocked kitchen features all-new appliances for you to enjoy making meals and memories in. There is a new stacked washer/dryer just off the kitchen, with an iron and ironing board available for any laundry needs.

You will have the entire bungalow to yourself.

Obviously this house is as charming as it could be, but we'd like to mention that for groups of 10 with mostly adults, you will be cozy together in this space for long hang out seshs. The combination of the dining and living area means there is room for everyone; we just want to ensure that your expectations of the overall size are accurate so that we still get that coveted 5 star review! :)

Pets are welcomed guests! We have 2 dogs of our own and we get it; that said we'd love to know a little about your dog once you've booked. We charge $30 per dog per night with a maximum of 2 dogs per stay. I value being flexible and accommodating so please reach out if you have any questions!
