Guests will access our home through the front door with the keyless entry keypad. Please keep front door closed at all times.

Upon arrival the driveway is set at a decline. WINTER GUESTS: There is enough room for parking two vehicles in the driveway, and in non snow months there is one more additional parking space at the street. This parking spot is NOT available in the snowy months. In the event your vehicle is parked on the street and the County plow cannot do it's job clearing the roads, your vehicle will be towed at your expense.

There are 4 steps up to the cabin's front door.

Guests can enjoy the deck, the three levels of the home and the property. Please note, the majority of our property is the front yard. There is a sign in the back of the cabin, please mind the signage.

We are baby friendly and kid friendly. We have a whole room geared towards the kids.

Private HOA in the Summer: Enjoy our neighborhood center 4 mins from the house for seasonal swimming, park, tennis, basketball, bbq picnic areas and more.
-Pool opened most days from Memorial to Labor Day.

Guests have access to multiple snow sleds at the cabin during the Winter months and a free parking pass to Spicer Sno-Park. (A $40 fee results for a lost or missing pass)

-We allow a maximum of two well behaved dogs. We do have a pet fee for your furry family members to join you, and we will not request the pet fee until day of check in- just in case things change! Pet fee is $20 per night/per dog. Absolutely no leaving dogs unattended for long periods of time.

-Please check your vehicles! It is imperative that no food is left in vehicles or outside the cabin. This may attract bears and other wildlife and can cause tremendous damage. We are not responsible for any damage caused by wildlife during your stay.

-In the Winter, please check road conditions before driving up. Guests must be prepared for snow, with a 4WD vehicle and carry chains.

- There is one camera on the property- that is the Ring camera at the front porch. Please note this camera is not actively monitored through the duration of your stay, but gives us piece of mind. Camera was placed for our safety, your safety and allows us to track the seasonal changes, snow etc.

-The home has an automatic whole home generator. Hooray for power during a power outage!

-Mountain living! There will be spotty service up here. It's a great idea to log your destination at time of departure just in case.
