About our property:
Located in a rural area, low traffic road. 10 minutes from the town of Laurelville which has grocery, gas station, general store, restaurants and bars.

Our driveway does has a steady incline. 4WD is not required but recommended in the winter months.

The driveway entrance is shared, entrance only, with our neighboring cabin. Your privacy is our top priority. Our neighboring cabin "Passions at The Patch" is on opposite end of property.

There is a ring camera located at the front door entrance. Your privacy and enjoyment is our top priority. Please discuss covering the camera while using the patio with your host Emily prior to doing so.

Extra items provided for your comfort during your stay:

Outdoor:
We have 2 fire pits. One is traditional wood burning ring. We do not provide firewood for. We do provide a small lighting torch and 1 fire starter.
We provide propane for the gas pit located under the porch and propane grill. 1 fire roasting stick, massage table, outdoor dining table, 2 lounge chairs, and floating full size daybed.

Bath:
6 large towels, 4 hand towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 robes/slippers for guest use. Shampoo/ Conditioner, q-tips, cotton balls, makeup removing pads, hand soap. If you have a longer stay, please request in advance additional items if they will be needed.

Living:
Throw blankets and pillows, board games, popcorn, welcome guestbook tablet, phone charger, roku screen projector with complimentary netflix, peacock. You are able to log into your own accounts as long as you log out prior to your check out.

Dining:
4 dinner plates, 4 bowls, 2 cloth napkins, silverware.

Kitchen:
k-cup coffee machine, seasonal coffee cups, creamer, (no sugar), full set of cooking knives, spatula, cooking spoon, grilling utensils, dishwasher pods, 3-4 additional trash bags, disinfecting wipes, dish soap, sponge, 1 full roll of paper towels, 1 bottle of wine for 21+ guests only, wine opener, 2 wine glasses, 2 cocktail glasses, 2 coffee mugs with spoons, 4 drinking cups, cocktail ice ball maker, ice maker in freezer, waffle maker, toaster, mixing bowls, cutting board, countertop dish rack.

Bed:
2 goose feather king pillows, several throw pillows, king comforter, king blanket, throw blanket, smart tv, 2 touch light bedside lamps, luggage rack, 2 yoga mats, iron, ironing board, and hangers.

Full access to home. Private owners closet, secured with digital lock.

***Ring camera is located on exterior next to front door. This insures guests are able to communicate to host due to limited cellphone service and provides security to our home. This does provide view of the patio. If this is an issue for you due to privacy concerns please reach out to me further or consider our home may not be a good fit for you.

By booking, you have agreed to follow all rules of the property. Host is not responsible for any liability of guests while on property. Please be mindful of all the custom pieces included in this house. Recklessness or destruction of property will be paid at guest expense.

Cellphone service is minimal on property. Property does include highspeed internet access.
