Our 600 square-foot cabin offers a perfect retreat for a peaceful getaway. For your safety and ours, we have installed three security cameras outside: one at the back door, another at the driveway entrance, and a third at the eave of the house overlooking the driveway to monitor bear activity.

**Please note, a fee applies for dogs.** NO cats or other animals.

Remember, you're in the Smoky Mountains, home to a variety of wildlife including bears, turkeys, squirrels, raccoons, skunks, and various insects, which may be encountered both inside and outside the cabin. As we are guests in their environment, please refrain from feeding any wildlife.

There is a late checkout fee if you are at the property 15mins after checkout. This will result in a $100 fee. Additionally, for every 30 minutes after the grace period, after the grace period, we will charge $25.

THERE IS A double cleaning fee for all check-in & check out on Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.

The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details including the door code. We are owner operated.

We have free services on the TV. Please DO NOT logout of any of them or we will be unable to help with any TV issues that arise.

**PET POLICY & PRICES**
**NOTE: PETS MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE BOOKING.
Please always confirm the size/breed/age, number of dogs you will be bringing and the pet fees costs before booking your reservation.
You will be held responsible for any damages your dog/dogs may cause.

Pet fees are an additional charge that are NOT included in the booking price. Pet fee payment requests will be sent to be paid the day of check-in. You will have 72 hours to accept and pay the pet fee.
If the pet fees are not paid within 72 hours Airbnb will become involved and there will be an extra $25.00 late fee.

I require a one time non refundable pet fee per dog. $75.00 dog fee

If a guests tries to sneak in a dog without paying the pet fee, they will be fined $100.00 and will still be required to pay the $75 dog fee.

-There are just a few steep hills once you get closer to the cabin, part of the mountain experience!
- Max guest amount is 4 but may be most comfortable for two adults and up to 3 children.
-2 vehicle max
-We will have starter toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps for hands, laundry, and the dishwasher. You may need to buy more for your stay.
-If the power goes out, there are a few flashlights available by the front door.
- No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $100 charge.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control. Please get trip insurance for these instances.
