This new eco-conscious A~Frame is minutes to the GSMNP. All Activities included: hiking, pedal boating, kayaking, and fishing on the private 2-acre stocked lake. 1.5 miles to Soaky Mountain Water Park, The Wilderness, and the 36-hole Sevierville Golf Club. EV Charging Stations, Fire Pit, Charcoal Grill, Fully Stocked Kitchen, & in-unit Washer/Dryer. Also included: Kid's Play Area, Fishing Docks, Hiking Trails, and firewood. Up to 4 guests. Additional will require approval/fee.

~This a-frame is directly located in front of Lake Anton! Steps to Kayaks and the pedal boat~
~1 bedroom Loft with King size memory foam mattress and Smart TV w/reading nook. Queen Size Sleeper Sofa w/55 in Smart TV. Full kitchen including Haier refrigerator and Kline microwave/convection oven combo, dishwasher, glass cooktop, Keurig, fully stocked utensils, stacked GE washer/dryer, built in Bluetooth speaker, and heated, glass walk in shower~

*Please bring charcoal if you wish to grill. It is unsafe to grill food over cedar.*


~You will have access to the fully stocked 2-acre small lake (big pond) with two fishing docks and several hiking trails during your stay~



-A few of the things we have to mention-

**These units do not accommodate pets. Guests who bring pets onto the property will incur a $500 penalty**

**Audio/Video recording device in all awnings and on exterior of #5 facing body of water**

While we are "green" and eco-friendly, we are not 420 green and ask that there is no smoking on the property.

These units comfortably and safely fit up to 4 guests including infants. Anyone with more than 4 guests will need to send a request for approval. An extra guest fee will be added for any reservation over capacity.

*** Our liability insurance does not cover early check in or late check out. Due to this, we are unable to accommodate these requests ***

~Lake Anton is catch and release and is stocked with small mouth bass, blue gill, and grass carp~

~Life vests, fishing poles, kayaks, & pedal boat available for use on property & included in reservation~

~Firewood for fire pit provided for duration of stay~

*Guests are welcome to bring their own paddle boards, canoes, mountain bikes, and any other recreational sport/outdoor equipment w/prior notification and signing of liability waiver*
