Cozy 2 King bed, 2 full bathroom cabin in the Smoky Mountain Foothills at Douglas Lake Resort, near both Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, TN. We are approximately 22 mins to downtown Sevierville. The cabin is located in a nice, quiet country setting away from all of the hustle and bustle & allows you to enjoy a nice, relaxing vacation. Sit in a comfy rocking chair on our large front porch - perfect for a quiet morning cup of coffee & your favorite book!

- Large wrap-around covered porch with hot tub, BBQ gas grill & casual outdoor dining table
- Ample free, on-site parking for multiple cars, as well as a boat
- Access to resort pool, playground, as well as private boat launch ramp and docks

Access is granted to the entire cabin, the outside area, the shared community swimming pool, clubhouse, play area and private boat launch ramp. Large front porch with rockers and table/chairs, hot tub and awesome views!
* Loss of the pool pass will result in an automatic fine of $50.00*

There is a walking trail at the bottom of Buck Way & Willard Way, with a covered bridge there too. Very scenic to walk through during Fall, when the leaves are changing!

Our cabin is approximately 22 minutes from downtown Sevierville, 25 minutes from Dollywood, 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge & 38 minutes from Gatlinburg.

During the Summer, guests have access to the Douglas Lake Resort community swimming pool, which is located by the boat launch ramp (4/10 of a mile from our property.)

A pool pass is required, & is available inside of the cabin. The pool opens on Memorial Day. A numeric gate key code is also provided, giving access to the pool area. There is also a playground located next to the pool area, which is available year-round. Guests will also have access to the Boat Launch ramp & adjoining dock. Fishing and swimming are not allowed from the dock area, & there is a 2-hour parking limit for boats on the docks. There is no overnight boat docking on the resort, but there is plenty of room for a boat and trailer to park in the driveway.

**Guests found to have brought a pet into the cabin without prior approval will be charged an automatic $200 pet deposit fee.**
