"Amazing views! The sunsets from the deck are absolutely gorgeous and unbeatable! The house is well stocked and furniture very comfortable, we felt right at home. We loved the short walk to the pool and having the hot tub was definitely a bonus! We would highly recommend this house to others!!"

The entire cabin is accessible to guest except the owners closet.

Important Information for Your Stay

Gas fire pit: We do our best to keep extra propane tanks filled up in the storage bin on the main deck, but cannot guarantee they will be filled up for each guest. If all tanks are empty we will reimburse you to fill up the tank upon receipt.

Wildlife and Nature:
This is a semi-remote mountain retreat, so interactions with wildlife and insects are part of the experience. Bears and raccoons are known to frequent the area but are generally respectful. Always keep a safe distance, lock car doors when unattended, and avoid leaving food in vehicles or outside on the deck overnight.

P.S. If food or trash is left out and not properly disposed of then racoons may come onto the deck and bears have been known to open vehicle doors.

Pest Control:
Our cabin undergoes monthly pest control services. However, occasional sightings of insects may occur due to the natural environment of the Smokies.

Supplies Provided:
We offer a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. For large groups or extended stays, additional supplies may be needed.

Cell Phone Reception:
Reception is generally accessible but can vary depending on your carrier.

Road Conditions:
The roads to the cabin are county-maintained and paved but can be steep and slick in bad weather. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter. Plan to arrive before dusk and consider purchasing travel insurance, especially during winter months. Refunds are not provided for inclement weather.

Security Cameras:
For your safety, there are security cameras facing the driveway and a doorbell camera. These record video and audio 24/7. No cameras are inside or facing the back of the house, ensuring your privacy.
