⁂ THE CABIN
Stunning cabin that is loaded with amenities! Spacious living area with gas fireplace, comfortable seating and Smart TV; There are large windows that allow plenty of natural light! The cabin has an open floor plan with the living area and kitchen on the same level. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and comes with everything you need to make a variety of meals! You can also enjoy a cookout with the Charcoal BBQ Grill and outdoor seating area on the back deck. There is a Washer and Dryer available for your use and the cabin also has free High Speed Wi-Fi! The lower level of the cabin includes the movie theater room and the game room which has a pool table, arcade games, a large Smart TV, and additional seating. There is also additional sleeping on this level with two bunk beds. The lower deck provides access to the hot tub.

The cabin includes plenty of space for up to 8 guests! The multi-level layout is the perfect space for a family or group of friends to relax in comfort and style while having plenty of space. The bedrooms are designed with relaxation in mind, so you can be sure to get a good night's sleep. You'll be able to take in panoramic mountain views -- including Mt. LeConte and Bluff Mountain -- from nearly every room in the cabin!

Free parking for 3 cars. Small-midsize RV or trailer could also be accommodated.
The drive to the cabin involves a few short mountain roads. 4WD is recommended during winter months or inclement weather.
The road inside the resort is wide and paved. The parking space at the cabin is flat.

Guests can access the entire cabin with the exception of the owner's closet.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

* We have a Pack N' Play as well as a baby gate available for your use -- both are located in the bedroom closet on the main floor.
* The fireplace is unavailable April 1 to October 1 (Standard for area cabins)
* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay!

* We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
