Open to nightly rentals! Close to The Golden Gate Bridge and Muir Woods in magical Mill Valley. 400 sq ft + large deck of a well- appointed apmt in Tam Valley and with stunning view. Includes bedroom (king) with french doors, living room with pullout couch, a covered deck, and cooking area (see notes).
Unwind when you arrive with a good book from our library and relax on the deck overlooking the many rolling hills of our breathtaking and wild neighborhood. :)

NEWLY REFRESHED AND JOOSHED FOR 2024! Private entrance and own floor apartment. No shared walls. Just a shared ceiling. Also enjoy complimentary premium coffee in the morning as the sun fills your cozy space.
The bathroom is supplied with organic shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.
The king size bed is really comfy. There are several books to read and games to play.
There is a table with a microwave, Breville toaster oven, mini fridge, and Kurig coffee maker. Dishes are washed in the bathroom sink. outside, there is a stainless table and freezer. (This is not a full proper kitchen but you can cook most simple things). Not usually an issue. We provide organic soap and towels.
Unwind in the small but nice lounge area with a large TV and super comfortable couches that looks out to the beautiful view. This room also features a pull out couch and desk and West Elm leather chair for working.
French doors are in both rooms that open to the covered patio.
If you want to be infused in nature and reset your soul, this is the place to do it.
Note: there are 20 (not steep) steps to get to the deck. Not ADA friendly so sorry. I wish it was.
The yard is shared, although rarely is anyone in back.
Lastly the upstairs main house will be rented and you can expect little “signs of life” with reasonable noises at reasonable times.
