About this space

Relax and unwind in our Green Build casita (guest house) in a privately gated four home subdivision offering security and quiet for the discerning traveler. Perfect for solo or couples and within a few minutes walk to The Bosque trails and Rio Grande River. Bird watch, bike ride, walk along nature trails, or a short driving distance to Old Town/ Downtown Albuquerque. We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

Beautiful and modern/mid-century with a few vintage Native American touches from local pueblos.

Our kitchenette is fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware and utensils. We also have a European sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffeemaker with whole bean grinder. Small appliances allow for simple meal prep, cooking will only be possible with the BBQ grill and side burner. NOTE it is not equipped as a full kitchen per City mandate.

Guests access to casita via the side gate nearest guest parking space.

Note that outdoor grass, covered outdoor living and outdoor kitchen are not intended for AirBNB guest use. The casita has its own back patio and BBQ area intended for guests.

We provide guests with most essentials found in hotels. We do not provide personal items such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, brushes, combs, razors, or hygiene products.

Also, two important things about our casita. First, it only has a kitchenette (no stove top or oven), but we have many items to prepare simple meals during your stay. Kitchen essentials, spices, small appliances, and the casita has its own gas BBQ GRILL with a side burner for cooking. If the kitchenette doesn't have something, please ask, I love to cook so chances are I may have what you need.

Outdoor kitchen space and grass area is not intended for guests, as this is a private space. The casita, however, has its own rear barbecue and patio space. Please review the listing before booking.
