Downtown LA, Dodgers Stadium, Pasadena, Hollywood, Glendale and Burbank are all within a short drives reach.

Airy, open and filled with natural light, the space features 15 foot ceilings with a lofted sleeping space. Minimalist clutter-free design with hardwood floors upstairs, polished concrete with radiant floor heating, custom-built cabinetry kitchenette, laundry and bathroom below. The tastefully landscaped and secluded private patio is yours to enjoy as well.

Avocado Organic Queen bed and hardwood floor upstairs.

Radiant floor heating, an AC/Heat unit, and an additional bathroom heating ceiling fan downstairs.

Stove, sink, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tea kettle as well as pots, pans, plates, glasses and flatware are provided. Complimentary coffee and tea provided.

50’ Smart tv with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and on-demand tv.

*PLEASE NOTE the floor to ceiling height of the sleeping loft is 5' 7" inches.

You will access the guest house using the path along the fence line of our property. For those with heavier luggage, please take note the guest house is located down a garden path of pea-stones with a small set of stairs. Roller bags may be difficult to push on the stones.

Please use this gravel path and the wood stairs for entry and exit during your stay.

The private outdoor patio for guests use is directly in front of the sliding doors of the guest house.

Please do not park in the driveway.
