Welcome! This newly constructed house is in central Austin with easy access to downtown, Moody Center, UT, Asian Town, and the Domain. You're less than 10 minutes from all these areas and 30 minutes by public transportation. Enjoy a local Austin experience by accessing to nearby local favorite restaurants, bars, and shops. The two-level house has 70-inch 4K TV, EV charger, coffee machine, office desk, leather sofa for you to have a stylish experience at this centrally located place in Austin.

You will have the entire house to yourself. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed each and two bathrooms upstairs, with one dedicated office desk. There is also a queen sofa bed (can open up from the leather sofa) downstairs. House is fully cleaned by professional cleaners each time before check in, with all sheets and towels fully changed. Downstairs windows have light filtering shades, and bedroom windows have light blocking shades.

Guests can access to everything in the house, except for two small closets that store owner's items. Guests are also welcome to use the front and back patio.
The TV has Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, Youtube Live TV, Max, and other streaming apps for you to use. Please use the Guest profile for all streaming apps.
EV Charger is J1772 type with 24A current, 220V wattage. EV Charger is automatically turned on 10 pm-7 am on weekdays, and all day on weekends.
