This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home with ample parking, wi-fi, and laundry is nestled in a pleasant community convenient to all things Charlotte! Our space has a cute southern vibe and was designed with our guests' comfort in mind. The home is well insulated, providing you the peace and quiet of a country with city life proximity.


Our property is equipped with five exterior cameras that actively record video and sound.

There is Absolutely No Smoking/Vaping Of Any Kind In The House. If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $350 fine for deep cleaning will be assessed. Thank you for your understanding.

Our bedrooms are designed with your comfort in mind. The master bedroom is spacious and features an ensuite bathroom, while other rooms offer cozy retreats for a restful night's sleep. With comfortable bedding and tasteful decor, you'll wake up refreshed and ready to explore.

Outdoor Space:

The highlight of our property is the expansive outdoor space. You can grill up your favorite dishes on the barbecue, gather around the fire pit for evening chats, or relax in the gazebo. The backyard offers plenty of room for outdoor games and activities, making it an ideal space for both kids and adults to enjoy.

Location:

Nestled on a quiet, no-outlet street, our home is just minutes away from major highways (I-485 and I-85), making it centrally located for easy access to Charlotte's attractions, including Carowinds and the U.S. National Whitewater Center.

Up to 1 hour late: $50

Unscheduled late check-outs:

Grace period: Guests have up to 10 minutes past 11 a.m. before late fees are assessed:

$25 fee is charged for every 10 minutes late past the 10-minute grace period
