Keyless entry. You will be provided a door code and will have access to the entire unit and shared backyard. The access to your unit is located on the left side of the house.

PARKING:
1 car garage parking that fits a small or mid-sized car or public street parking. Street cleaning is every Friday from 11-11:20 am.

You may hear some footsteps since the upper level is occupied. We provide complimentary garage parking and laundry that is shared access with our cleaner. Our cleaner may occasionally enter through the garage for the laundry machines.

HOUSE RULES:
1. No pets allowed (this will result in a fine & cancelled booking).
2. No smoking allowed inside the house (subject to a fine). Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
3. Please let us know of any spills/damages immediately.
