Come enjoy our waterfront house! Our home is located on a shared lake in a quiet residential community. The lake is shallow but beautiful and full of wildlife. Located 15 minutes south of Missoula in Lolo Montana. Convenient keyless entry, and moments from a grocery store, gym, and Lolo Peak Brewery and Grill. Easy access to lots of hikes, fishing and many other outdoor activities. After a day of adventuring, come relax in the hot tub overlooking the lake. Reliable and FAST wifi (100 mb).

A one story ranch style house in a residential neighborhood. There are houses on either side, but our home remains very private. It has a fully equipped modern kitchen (including a Keurig). The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the other two bedrooms have very nice queen sized beds in them. A cozy den with a regulation foosball table, a 65inch smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney +, as well as a readily available hdmi cord for you to plug-and-play on your gaming system. The living room is a great place to listen to music and/or read your favorite book. If you play piano you will enjoy the baby grand as well! There is a separate office area for any work or play you may need to get done in your own space. The main bathroom is handicap accessible. For your safety as well as ours, we have a doorbell camera, as well as two exterior cameras on the north and south front corners of the home (total of 3 - all visibly placed). All cameras actively record video and audio. All cameras are on the front exterior of the property only. No cameras are inside the house or in the backyard.

Your use of our home includes the entire house and yard. We ask that you stay out of the garage, as it is used for maintenance equipment.

Due to the shallow nature of the lake, it is not a swimming lake. Nature varies with time of year, temperatures, and many other environmental conditions. Because of this, the small lake in our back yard can have fluctuations of water level and clarity. Fortunately, it is consistently beautiful, relaxing and always visited by plenty of wildlife!
