The bedroom and living room each have an air conditioner, ensuring a comfortable temperature year-round by providing cooling in the summer and heating in the winter.

Please note: Our property is not suitable for children under 12 or infants due to safety concerns, including an unfenced pool, unfenced stairs, and potential fall hazards in the garden.

Our house is surrounded by nature, with parking 60m away. Stairs lead from the parking down to the house. Guests should be comfortable walking, but the beautiful setting is worth it.

Guests are required to fill in a form upon arrival for SEF (Immigration and Border Service), as per Portuguese law.
