GENERAL: Free high speed Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, detergent pods, provided toiletries, hair dryer, iron/board, clothes hangers, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, board games, dog bowls/ poop bags. Smart tv (you will need to login into your apps account).

Entire space, guests will have access to the whole villa, including our private Deck, Pool, Terraces, Game Room for Adults!

🚫PARTIES - We DO NOT allow parties or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood , no music or noise after 10PM.

🚫NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE (outside area designated for smoking), violators may pay additional fees

Check-in time is after 3pm
Check-out is at or before 10 am

PARKING🅿️- is provided to the whole driverway in front of the property.

SECURITY📹*****- The house features 6 outside recording cameras for guest security purpose only. We have installed a nest camera only outside the front door for safety purposes. There are NO cameras inside of the property.
