The entire 1st floor is for use. The back door will be locked and there will be no access to the basement or the room behind the bed room.

House will be shared with owner. There will be a locked door in between first floor and basement. Front door entrance will only be used by guest.

Please keep the house clean when you leave, have all the windows and doors closed and please load the dishwasher with any dishes you use.
