TWO people maximum on the property at any time. There is only parking for ONE car. Pets are not allowed. NO SMOKING on the property-inside or outside.

To access the beach there is a community path that starts 5 houses up on north side of cottage. The path is down a hill that ends with approximately 50 steep stairs.
