The space

Dedicated access to a fabulous top floor guest suite of this duplex apartment, that boasts high ceilings; along with numerous large sun emitting windows. For that restful sleep after a full day of NYC touring; 2 large master bedrooms with king-size beds, each with private en-suite full baths will be waiting.

The two remaining beds are queen and full beds with a full bath, that features a relaxing Jacuzzi tube. Not interested in going out?

No problem! This apartment has what it takes to make for a relaxing and entertaining evening. In the living room, you will find 2 70” smart TVs, along with blazing-fast WiFi, a full game room featuring a pool table, an arcade game, and a PS5 console.

Not to be outdone, a full Chef’s kitchen to prepare your meals or a hot cup of coffee. The Chill Spot is a comfortable, relaxing, and chill environment for your home away from home.

Parking is free via street parking and is lax; as in there are no meters. It is alternate street parking; so that means you will have to move your vehicle on the days they're cleaning one side. Usually, you can find parking on the block, or one block over.

Other things to note

There are numerous cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood; many within walking distance. Regarding walking distance; the subway is about a 10 - 12 minute walk. However, if you choose to use the Bus service, the Bus stops are less than 5 minutes away. Of note, the apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor; which means there are stairs to climb. Please keep this in mind, if you have difficulty with stairs.
