The 70 sqm apartment has two bedrooms: one double and one single. There are two bathrooms both with a spacious shower and a spacious living room with attached kitchen and dining room. The spaces are spacious and bright. The apartment is located on the first floor, reachable by elevator, and overlooks a bright and quiet internal courtyard available to guests.

In every apartment, the concept we have developed, always keeping in mind the mix between comfort and functionality, is the result of a long and passionate research, tailoring and meticulous: we have opted for tailor-made design solutions, making use of Florentine craftsmen and preferring the use of natural materials and soft colors, there is no lack of old wardrobes and dressers found in antique markets or in the cellars of grandparents and patiently brought to new life, in every single piece of furniture attention has been paid to the smallest details, because these are really what make the difference.
