About this space

Charming studio ideally located on a quiet street in the Old Town of Nice. The street outside may be bustling with locals and tourists but the studio is quiet because its window looks out on the tiny interior courtyard. It's the perfect location for a stay of 3 days to 3 months.

Bedsheets, towels and beach gear is provided (beach towels and beach mats).

The studio has been entirely renovated. The location is ideal for a quiet retreat after a day out at the beach, enjoying the sights, the terrasses and the sun of the French Riviera.

The entire 17m2 studio is for rent. There will obviously not be anyone sharing with you.

Unfortunately the studio is not wheelchair accessible, and it is not appropriate for small children. It is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. This is typical of this area of Nice.

There is no additional cleaning fee. Upon departure, we expect our guests to dispose of their trash and close the heating or air conditionner. Garbage disposal is not in the building, it is in the Rue du Jesus, which heads straight away from the church next to the studio.
