About this space

LBM is a new, modern apartment, located in the historic center of Porto, close to the bustle and life of the city, but in a quiet street inviting to rest.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, wifi, cable TV, A/C and access to a nice communal garden.

The LBM, as you can see from the photos, is a new apartment with blue walls, white lacquered doors and wooden floors.
On entering, there is the bedroom on the right-hand side, with a king size bed, a built-in white lacquered four-door wardrobe with a full-length interior mirror, a bedside table with two drawers and a desk with drawer and chair.
The bathrrom is in front of the entrance door and has shower, toilet, washbasin built-in cupboard with two drawers and towel warmer. The walls are in white tiles and the floor is in hydraulic mosaics.
To the left is the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is in marble and the cabinets are lacquered in white. It is equipped with oven and cooker, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and fridge. It also has a coffee / tea maker, toaster, citrus machine, as well as tableware, cutlery and pots / pans.
In the dining space, you will find the dining table and four chairs.
There is a reading corner with a comfortable chair and a lamp. In this corner there is a glass wall and a small balcony.
The living room consists of sofa bed, small table, TV, cable unit and DVD player. On the floor there is a comfortable carpet.
The living room has doors to the full width and view to a pleasant garden common to all apartments.
There are two air conditioners (living room and bedroom).

You will have access not only to our apartment but also to a beautiful and spacious communal garden with a lemon tree.
