The building is located in the Old Town, bedroom facing the street. Expect some noise from the streets, especially during the tourism season.

The heating season in Riga begins when the average temperature drops below 8 degrees celsius, usually in October, and ends sometime in April. We have central heating radiators and one portable electric heater to heat the place at any time of the year.

NO SMOKING in the apartment. Kindly note that smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment premises. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a fine of €100.
