This newly refitted 2nd floor apartment of 28 sqm is cosy and peaceful.
It is located on the main road just a two-minute walk from Riomaggiore shops and restaurants (you can also visit us on cinqueterrenigu. it/en).
The house was built on the mountain cliffs as many other buildings in the village, but here you can see clearly the rocks behind, which give it a character very much of its own.

The décor reflects the colors of the Cinque Terre landscape. Enjoy the double bedroom with a nice view on the town and the living room with a TV, a sofa bed and a dining table that can comfortably host 4 people for a meal or be used as a desk. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a fridge, cooker, microwave, kettle and washing machine. Air conditioning. Free WiFi.

Riomaggiore will fascinate you with its outstanding cliffs over the sea and its colorful houses along the alleys where exciting smells of fish, focaccia bread and “farinata” will delight your senses.

Cocktail bars, restaurants, markets and artisan stores are just 300 meters far from your doorstep. The train station is 700 meters far.

If you love hiking there are a lot of great trails around here! Have a walk or run on the unique paths of the Cinque Terre National Park and enjoy the fantastic views on the sea!

From Riomaggiore you can easily reach La Spezia and the other villages of the Cinque Terre by train.

We kindly ask you to confirm your check-in time one day prior to arrival and to inform us as soon as possible in the evnt you cannot respect it. We will wait for you at the train station or at the car park and walk with you to the apartment.

We will be glad to spend some time with you to give you a taste of this wonderful land and live the real life with locals!

Of course guests will have the exclusive use of the apartment for the entire time of their stay.

Rest assured that we are sanitizing first hand our apartments, following the strictest rules provided by WHO (World Health Organization) for COVID-19 containment:
- All the surfaces of the houses are going to be sanitized with professional products containing either bleach or a (at least) 70% alcohol concentration, and of course accurately rinsed.
- All dishes, silverware, and glassware are going to be washed and disinfected, including items that have not been used;
- Linens are going to be washed at the top of the temperature borne, and in compliance with the WHO guidelines by our certified providers;
- Protective equipment such as gloves and/or masks will be at your disposal;
- You can opt for a self check-in if you’d rather avoid every possible contact with anyone in the area.

And don’t forget that our flats are ideal for your smart working needs, with large tables and free high speed wi-fi!

Wine Tasting in our vineyard!
How about a very special wine tasting, dipped into uncomparable surroundings, such as a vineyard overlooking the sea? This is something you will be able to do with NiGu, as Greta is a certified AIS Sommelier, that will drive you through a sensorial path in our small vineyard, making you savour our unique local wines.
Nico will take care of pairing the wine with local finger food, and the scenery will do the rest; we are sure you won’t forget this extraordinary experience.
