St Pauls is a beautiful & historic converted Old School. It is located in the centre of Penzance, steps away from local shops, restaurants, cinema, galleries, parks and the seaside.

Nearby there is Jubilee Pool, St Michaels Mount, Mousehole Harbour, St Ives, Porthcurno, Lands end and much more. This place is the perfect base to explore the best of Cornwall.

Train, Bus, Taxi & Car Rental is a 10 minute walk away and there is a parking space for you to use directly outside the property.

St Paul’s is part of an Old School conversion and is semi-detached. You will have the property to yourself along with 1 parking space. There’s a communal courtyard and you can make use of your own private bench by the entrance of the School House.

The house is on 2 floors. Enter into a spacious hallway, a downstairs toilet and laundry room, then a open plan living, dining and kitchen area, perfect for groups and entertaining.

There are multiple large windows which creates a wonderful light. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a large stand-in shower, a cosy twin bedroom and an amazing king bed room with has a original beam feature and circular window.

There’s various cupboards and spaces to store away your items and create a home away from home.

You have a private entrance and the entire home, we live nearby in Penzance. The small car park is private and each ‘school house’ has a designated parking space.
