Placed in the Manciano countryside, in the intact landscape of South Tuscany, 20 min from the Saturnia Cascades, Casa Olivia is an apartment in a farmhouse in the center of an age-old olive grove.
From the garden and the house you can enjoy an incredible view on the Maremma hills with the Argentario coast in the background.

Elegant apartment in a farmhouse on two levels with independent access, living room, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with shower, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen.

Outside, the garden, planted with myrtle, wild roses, lavender, rosemary and Mediterranean essences, includes a sunbathing area and 2 patio for dining and relaxing outdoors.

Exceptional panorama over an unspoilt landscape of fields, woods, olive groves and vineyards.

From June to September 30th it is also possible to access the farmhouse shared swimming pool according to the opening times (located about 80 meters from the apartment)

The apartment has independent access and benefits from the private parking of the farmhouse. From here a path (50 meters long and with a difference in height of 10 meters) crosses the olive grove and takes you to Casa Mirta in a couple of minutes. The independent access guarantees total privacy.

The air conditioning system is available from June 1st to September 30th. The heating system is available from November 15th to April 15th.
