The space
In a building without a lift, the flat is located on the 3rd floor. Please note this before booking.

As you can see in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces:
- a lounge area with sofa and TV, in an open space to an area with a small dining table for 2 hanging on the wall
- a kitchen area open to the living room
- there is no bedroom, but a sleeping area with 1 double bed 150x200 (queen size)
- 1 bathroom

It is a warm and cosy space, well used and orientated to provide the best stay to the guest.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the property.
Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation.
Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included.
The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have.

The property is equipped with air conditioning and heating by means of 1 unit with heat pump in the rest area.

Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 50L: once it has been used up, just wait for the thermos to fill up again.

Restricted area by car: If you arrive by car, please take into account the new regulations in force, which requires you to park your vehicle in a parking lot unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car.
Nearby parking: Aparcamiento Público. Luna - Tudescos

We do not have a washing machine, but there is a nearby laundry service.
