Although I am the host & present at home, at all times, you will have plenty of quiet space to work or sleep. Your private bedroom has a firestick tv. You will also have plenty of space to enjoy dining & living-room space. There is a driveway at your disposal; simply alert me if you'll need it. You will be 10 minutes away from a boat ride to downtown NYC & a 20 minute car ride to Brooklyn via our beautiful Verrazano Bridge & 20 minutes by car to New Jersey.

It's a small 3 bedroom home. You'll have one bedroom, the master bedroom to sleep.

Other things to note
I have a dog, she's a poodle. She is friendly, although she barks to alert me when someone is coming; I didn't train her to do that, she was born that way.
