You have a 4K flat screen TV perched on the wall in front of the comfy double bed, with access to the main streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Youtube) and a high-speed WiFi private network. The bathroom incorporates a head shower in a cabin, with shampoo, soap and fresh towels.

WARNING: Depending on flight and weather conditions, the building can sometimes find itself under the flight corridor to the airport, as is most of Lisbon's western part. In that case, airplanes can regularly fly over the studio between 6am and midnight.

Accommodation located on top of a two-floor building, without lift. You will have to climb twenty-five steps to reach it.

We remind you that the whole accommodation is a non-smoking space, except for the outside areas. No-noise after 10:00 pm and up until 10:00 am. Loud music is forbidden at all time. All events, parties & BBQs are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Those include "small birthdays" and "simple diner with friends" as well, as they most likely won't follow the previous rule. Any breach of those simple rules will bring about the ongoing booking's immediate cancellation.
