This accommodation consists of a single room within our home, offering you the privacy of your own room and bathroom. Please note that the backyard and entrance to the home are shared.

Nestled in the rear of the home & facing a view of the backyard, your room comes with a walk-in closet. Please note there is no stove use at this time. Welcome! Plan an unforgettable stay!!

This is a master suite that is conveniently located on the ground floor of the townhouse. This is the only room rental on the property. The host (Kimberly), my husband & son will be present during your stay.

* 59 minutes to Central Park via the A- Train
* 40 minutes to World Trade Center via A-train
* 40 mins to Downtown Manhattan via J or A-train
* 20 minutes to JFK via Uber
* 35 minutes to Prospect Park/BK Museum via Uber
* 35 minutes to Barclays Center

The A/C train is 10 mins walk and the J/Z train is about 5 mins walk from the home.

The TV is mounted on a full-range mount, allowing you to watch it comfortably from the dedicated workspace or the bed.
