About this place

This is my Home. I'ts not a hotel. It's a shared house and you will have your own room with AC,Heat, Cable, Wifi. Its a quiet neighborhood and very well taken care of.

Location Is In East Flatbush.

This Is AN AIRBNB RENTAL. NO MOVING IN

Check-In Is At 3PM Until 12AM
Check-Out is by 12:00 PM unless otherwise coordinated in advance.

Private room with lock and key. Quiet, clean, comfortable Full size bed with T.V. and cable. I have a dresser where you can hang your clothes up. You can only alter your reservation to extend your stay.. Mini Fridge in room .Free bottles of water and wifi is provided. If you need to heat up food you can use the microwave in the kitchen. Also, complimentary tea, coffee, is available.( Please Do Not Unplug The TV or Cable Box From The Extension Cord.)

PLEASE LEAVE KEY ON THE DRESSER WHEN LEAVING.

You can say it's your home away from home.

You will have access to the room, shower and a little amenities in the kitchen. (There Will Be No Cooking)
