-Perfect, immaculate, bright home in The Village of Floral Park, close to parks, restaurants, fluffy bagels and convenient transportation that's 10 minutes walk from the house.
- Currently I am only accepting 1 guest for the space.
- Bathroom is shared
-there is one flight of stairs to the room.
- parking is available for compact size vehicle, which requires close coordination with other members in the house.
- There is NO KITCHEN access.
- Please stick to your space and respect others privacy.

This space is located in a secure safe and quiet town. The room is located on the second floor of the house and all guest privacy and space respected.
