This bright, sun-drenched primary suite on the 3rd floor of a modern townhouse is located on a quiet, tree-lined street. It features a private bathroom, a cozy queen-size bed with pillowtop mattress, a daybed & everything you'll need to enjoy your stay and recharge from your activities.

Great for a weekend getaway, early/late/layover travelers to/from Newark Airport and visitors to Newark for shows at the Prudential Center, NJPAC, Newark Symphony Hall & more.

Three large windows give this room a bright, airy feel. The high ceilings, hardwood floors, reading/sleeping nook, and meditation/yoga/stretching area make for a luxurious space with thoughtful touches. The bathroom has a tub/shower, double sink, and embodies a Mediterranean-inspired vibe. The chaise in the reading nook can fold down to accommodate an additional guest, if necessary. However, there is also a comfortable twin-sized daybed for your use.

Living room, kitchen, dining room, basement/den - everywhere except the 2nd floor & the garage. Wi-Fi password provided upon arrival. Feel free to use the TV in the bedroom to watch Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Amazon Prime or Disney+, connect your Amazon Fire Stick, or log in to watch your favorite shows & movies using your preferred streaming platform.

I work a hybrid schedule, so I'm usually locked away in my room working when I work remotely. I'm just one floor below you, so please feel free to reach out if you have any questions, or message me.

Also, my mother stays with me when she's in town, so you may see her as well.

Central air/heat throughout. This room can get very warm at times, so you may need to crack open the windows (even in the winter).

There are three closets on the third floor, but only one is designated for your use.
