Downstairs apartment in the heart off Ironbound ,steps way from a bus stop that will take you into town and you will find bakery's restaurants laundromat across st , cafes ,general Dollar ,1. 3 miles from Red Bull stadium ,5 minuts cab ride to pen station and 10 minutes number 1 bus .To New York bus 108 to port authority 42 St New York If you have a car the park spot only on the streets and pay attention in the signs cause street cleaning is Wednesday from 12 to 4 pm , Thursday 8 am to 12

My home is clean and organized ,this espace is excellent for couple and children only with mother or father .I’ll try my best to keep the place clean and good smelling !!Take your shoes off or use the blue cover please !NEVER FORGET TO USE A KEY TO CLOSE DOOR WHEN YOU GO OUT PLEASE !!

The living room only for guest NOT SHARED TO ANYONE!! We have a refrigerator , space in the furniture for your belongs , coffe table and utensils needed ,murph bed full size ,air mattress just in case you booked for two or more guests ,sofas and couches around the space ,the bed done at night , please this wall bed is only for sleep , for seat use the couch’s and chairs around the place !secure and save box for documents or values !! This place is a night sleep till noon ,when wake-up a bed have to be close , and please open the the living room door when you’ll leave,cause is the only light I have is from there .
Don’t worry about clean and do a bed I’ll do it ,just please organize your belongs inside the cabinet and furniture if you don’t do it I’ll try to organize this place to look the same way you’ll found it !

When is riquired I'll be around if need anything no hesitate to ask me appreciate serve you !! THE LIVING ROOM NOT SHARED TO ANYONE ,ITS ONLY FOR YOU !!BUT THE DOOR HAS TO BE OPEN WHEN YOU GET UP ITS THE ONLY SUN LIGHT I HAVE , PLEASE !!

You are not allowed to cook any kind of meat in the Kichen !! No Smoking and drinking , don’t bring extra people ,children only with father or mother .when you wake up close a bed ,it turns a living room again ,but you don’t have to do your self I can do it for you it’s my job .
I never use there only to open and close window means curtains for some sunlight !! Keep place nice the same way you found !! living room only for you NOT SHARED to anyone!!Night time bed , after you’ll get up mínimo at 2 o’clock noon I’ll appreciate if you open a living room door !!please don't take to long in the bathroom !!You'll have espace enough to put your things organized inside the furniture , if you don't do this I'll try organize the space to look nice, hope you undestand the rules , remember keep this place the same you found try to keep your belongs inside the furnitures don’t leave things like clothes towels or bags on the sofa or floor , when you go sleep close a door and you’ll have a privacy!!
