The building where the apartment is located is new, built from scratch, consisting of three apartments decorated in detail by an interior designer following our concept of comfort, a new concept that we want to introduce in local accommodation.

Fully equipped, it facilitates long-term stays (as it has all the equipment and amenities you usually have in a permanent residence).

The space

The apartment is a duplex spread over approximately 160 square meters (115 meters in apartment and 45 meters in patio), designed by an interior designer in an attempt to reconcile three concepts that we intended to achieve in this project:

- Aesthetics;

- Comfort;

- Feeling of local belonging.

It consists of an entrance hall, two living rooms, two double bedrooms (1 en suite), two bathrooms, dining room/kitchen (equipped for 8 people), patio (with covered comfort area and sofas exterior for 8 people, small saltwater lake that allows refreshing baths for exclusive use of the apartment filtered and sterilized by automatic procedures, with additional space not covered with two sun loungers for sunbathing).

All floors with air conditioning, central heating, bathrooms with heated towel rails and each room with plasma/TV with internet connection.

We also defined as a matrix for this STUPENDO space the need to have all the comfort equipment inherent to long-term stays.

Guest access

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

Other things to note

- Free parking on request when booking in a parking lot 300 meters from the property, with electronic control and not subject to schedules.

- Parties are not allowed.

- In case of rain or information that there is a high probability of rain, we ask that, exceptionally, you please remove the outdoor decorative cushions to the interior of the apartment and pull the outdoor chairs so that they are under the Garden cover and suffer the minimal impact. If you are unable to do so, we would appreciate permission to travel to the apartment to do so.

- The use of the apartment for the night is subject to the number of guests indicated in the reservation, and the presence throughout the night of additional people to the number of guests indicated in the reservation will result in an additional charge per guest in accordance with the rules defined in the AIRBNB platform for accommodation.

- Smoking is not permitted.

- Pets are not allowed.

- It is not permitted to place indoor furniture on the patio.

- It is not permitted to place outdoor furniture inside the house.

- In case of rainy weather, we ask that you take care to remove cushions from outdoor furniture so that they do not get damaged.

- In case of rain, leave the awning stretched to protect the outdoor furniture.

- Failure to comply with any of the house rules implies the immediate termination of the accommodation contract, without the right to any compensation.
